"It was nice until my policy was canceled with no notice. I had a notice regarding an alternate vehicle issue but that was all. I was unaware until I went to make a payment. Had to open a new policy and they tried to charge me over a hundred more dollars than what I was originally paying for same coverage (No thanks). I didn’t think the situation was very fair & communication should be better."
